His very professional, "hands-on" approach to the process makes up for all the tuners I've hired in the past who tinkered with the thing for a few minutes and called it "done." He took the time to make sure every key was spot on, adjusted the sustain pedal, and even explained things as he worked, giving me much more insight into the tuning process.
